modern overview of the role and activities of the Human Resource
\Personnel (HR) Department for those new to HRM, those who wish to enter
the field or for any existing HRM personnel who need to stay up-to-date
on current practices and trends. Aims The course will create awareness of the work of
the Human Resource \Personnel (HR) Department in a modern organisation.
